Olympios Group at 3rd Digital Beach Summit (DBS) – Gold Sponsor

Olympios Group participated as a Gold Sponsor in the 3rd Digital Beach Summit, held on 28 and 29 August 2026 at Monolithi Beach in Preveza. Hosted by the Municipality of Preveza in hybrid format, this year’s edition ran under the theme “AI and SGC in Digital & Green Era“, bringing together public authorities, technology companies and institutional partners for two days of open dialogue on the digital and green transition.

The agenda covered the questions that now sit at the top of every organisation’s list: artificial intelligence and robotics in business and local government, cybersecurity, the new compliance reality under NIS2 and the EU AI Act, the measurability of sustainability, and the role of AI in energy management and the green transition.

Olympios Group was represented on the Smart Cities panel by Athanasios Vacharidis, Group Commercial Officer, in a discussion focused on how municipalities and technology partners can turn smart city projects into services that citizens actually use, and on what it takes to keep those systems secure, connected and financially sustainable over time.
